The Cell is responsible for identifying the right student-organization fit,the Training and Placement Cell selects, targets and invites organizations to the campus for summer training and final placements.The entire placement activity is coordinated by this Training and Placement Cell which is the main interface between the corporate world and Hindu Institute of Management.

The T&P cell is also giving a lot of emphasis on grooming the students by conducting regular sessions of mock-test, mock-interviews, group discussions so that they are well prepared to face the recruitment process of different companies with confidence.

The Cell arranges the Industrial visits to various production units and IT units for the first hand exposure of the students.
